Mindfully introduce plant medicine into your wellness routine. If you are already working with plant medicines, we will review your consumption, mood and energy levels, and make any necessary tweaks to enhance your experience and overall wellness.


You will familiarize yourself with the protocols, considerations, and benefits of microdosing with an experienced guide (that would be me, nutritionist & CPT Amanda Hart). Together we will carefully implement mushies into your daily and weekly routine, monitor your progress, and balance your experience against gentle movement and a nourishing diet.

But remember: this is a controlled experience. When we do this work, we’re talking about how regularly consuming micro (sub-perceptual) amounts might affect happiness and overall well-being. The benefits may be subtle at first, but I promise it is hugely impactful when used effectively. We will strategically measure your progress along the way, so you can look back and say, “whoa. Things have changed”. They don’t call them magic for nothing.

When we do this work, we’re talking about how using micro (sub-perceptual) amounts of certain plant medicines may enhance and affect your well-being over time.


The benefits of using plant medicines may be subtle but hugely impactful when used effectively.

Your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health all can benefit from plant medicine. You may experience a strong connection between these “four bodies”. 

When used alongside mindful eating and regular movement practices, the effects may be heightened.

Keep in mind, it may take about two months of a regular practice to start noticing the effects.

Once you get started with plant medicine, the daily or weekly practice becomes a relationship between you and the herbs.

    You’ll be coached through your experiences and given a space to share what comes up for you as you integrate and learn more about how your body and mind respond.
