3 of the Greatest Lesson I’ve Learned from Microdosing with Psilocybin in the Last Two Years

*Please note I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice. I am not supplying any illegal drugs nor will I assist you or advise you on where to get them. I cannot and will not tell you where and how to get access to them.

I’ve personally been microdosing with psilocybin for the past two years and I know what this amazing medicine has done for me because I FEEL the difference in my mind, body and spirit.

  • I feel the difference in how I no longer react to things and to people who used to trigger me.

  • I feel the difference when I wake up in the morning.

  • I feel a difference when I’m outside in nature.

  • How I find gratitude for the little things has changed.

  • How I don’t sit and waste time with the “what ifs” and the negative mindset spirals, point blank, this medicine works! And I’m living proof of that!

When I began microdosing back in 2020, my intention was to improve energy and creativity. Boy did I get so much more out of it.

Here are three of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from microsoding these last two years:

will microdosing improve my mental health and happiness
  1. This medicine is NOT a magic pill

Which means you can’t expect it to work wonders if you aren’t taking care of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. This means getting regular exercise, eating healthy, getting outside in the sun, connecting with nature and avoiding alcohol. All these things need to happen in order for the medicine to work. This is not a magic pill and the medicine won’t work unless you do.

  2. You have to be willing and able to work through the “tough stuff''

Not everything will be easy and pleasant that comes up for you throughout your microdosing experience. We all have trauma and you have to be aware that some days will be really difficult emotionally compared to others. Having a great support system and a coach to help guide you through it all will help. If you need help with the guidance, I’m taking on new clients for integrative services!

  3. Integration is an important step to apply new perspectives and lessons

It allows us to reap the full benefits of the microdosing experience. Without it, you’re just spinning your wheels and not applying any of the new insights you gain along the way. The process of integration takes time but can develop over days, months, years or even lifetimes. Making the time to integrate regularly is an important step to allow the full benefits of this wonderful medicine to work its magic.

If you have questions about microdosing or need help integrating this medicine into your life, fill out the form below and I’ll get back to you. I’m taking on new clients for integrative services and would love to hear from you.
