Focus on this SINGLE Factor for Transformation in the New Year

Most people are aware that training and nutrition factors have a direct effect on their physique and general fitness levels. Most commonly discussed in the fitness space are training and nutrition, which I too, speak a lot about.

Within that context, people neglect to speak on the recovery part of training because simply put, it’s just not sexy.

Training and dieting, on the other hand, are.

But sleeping, taking rest days and de-loading sound boring AF. Things are changing though. I’m happy to see the importance of recovery is becoming more and more well known and emphasized by coaches.

But there is another piece of the puzzle that people seem to neglect, forget about, or not truly appreciate as they should:

CONSISTENCY.

Consistency is the glue that holds the training and nutrition methods together. Consistency is the "it factor" that the most successful people have.

Consistency is how bodybuilders step on stage.

Consistency is how Olympic athletes win medals and why even the most talented, highest-paid athletes have coaches and trainers to help them stay consistent and excel in their craft.

Consistency is the single most influential factor when it comes to creating lasting results.

Yet nobody ever talks about consistency because it’s just not sexy.

Consistency is not tangible and you can’t measure it. But the reality is no matter how well you eat or how hard you train, if you aren’t consistent with either of these factors, you just won’t get lasting results.

So...with that said, if there's ONE single thing you'll want to implement this New Year...is the consistency factor.
