The glutes (aka the BOOTY) is one of your bodies largest and strongest muscle groups. It is responsible for the movement in your hips, (twerking anyone?) and moving you in all directions from up and down, forward and backwards as well as side to side.
Sitting all day on your glutes doesn't do any good to strengthen them. It’s important that you take some extra time in your fitness routine to give them the training they need.
